Tiny fingers trace the lifelines,

Of two souls that intertwined

Tiny nose and tiny eyes,

On a tiny little face

Reminders of your beauty,

Quickly gone, without a trace

Tiny kicks and tiny wiggles

Stopped in the silence of just one breathe

As our tiny, beautiful angel Naomi

Was caressed and kissed by death

Tiny life stopped in one heartbeat,

You passed through all our lives, hearts and souls

You became a part of all our lives

Your tiny whispers and tiny words

Never to be heard

But your echoes live forever

In our hearts, in our souls

We can shed tears because she is gone

Or we can smile because she has lived.

We can close our eyes and pray that she'll come back

Or we can open our eyes and see all that she's left us

Our heart can be empty because we can't see her

Or we can be filled with the love Naomi brought us

We can remember her and only that she's gone

Or we can cherish her memory and let it live on, forever & always

We can try and close our mind, be empty and sad inside

Or we can do what Baby Naomi would want us to do,

Smile, laugh, open our eyes and live our lives to the fullest without

Regret and make sure everyday her mommy has a smile on her beautiful face.

So now it's time for her to spread her wings and fly up into the gates of heaven.

And as she does, I think all she needs is for us to let her go.

But let her leave not by seeing us with tears in our eyes
